How I got here.
Software Engineer
Started in iOS, building Swift apps from scratch. Developed a rigorous intuition for system design, performance, and trade-offs that lives in every product decision I make.
Tech Lead
Led a small engineering team, balancing delivery with code quality and mentorship. Learned to communicate technical trade-offs upward without losing credibility downward.
Delivery Manager
Owned delivery across multiple squads — dependencies, risk, stakeholder alignment. Got fluent in the messy space between engineering and the business.
